Guaranteed Work
If work is unavailable due to any interruption not caused by the Contractor, Company shall pay the Contractor four (4) hours per day while off-site and available for work.
Violation Coverage
Company shall be responsible for any violation, fine, or citation related to the Services, unless caused by the negligence, misconduct, or failure of the safety person to perform their duties.
Company Support
Company shall provide all documents, equipment, site setup, and support necessary for the Contractor to maintain compliance and perform the Services.
Reliable Payroll
Company shall pay all compensation on time, every time, in accordance with the Company’s payroll schedule.
Location Flexibility
Company maintains projects throughout all boroughs of New York City, providing flexibility in project locations and assignments.

Company maintains a substantial and ongoing volume of projects, minimizing periods without assignment or “bench time” and providing consistent work opportunities.
